Make sure you have a button engagement on this page.

To Do:

If not in Active Conversation, just reload the page.

If you are in an Active Conversation:

1. Uncheck the "Hide chat window on page reload" in the Top-Left (3-dotted) Menu.
2. Reload the page.
3. Close out your current conversation.
